Booking system help

How booking works, and what to do when something does not.

Booking and attending

How booking works

You are booked only once you reach the confirmation. Nothing is held for you before that.

  1. Put events in your basket

On the events page, mark every event you would like to attend. They collect in your basket until you are ready.

  2. Add the attendees

Open the basket and choose who is coming to each event. Anyone saved under “My Friends” can be added in a single click.

  3. Answer any questions

Some events ask a few questions first. If yours does, you are taken to them automatically before you can continue.

  4. Finish the booking

Check the summary and press “Finish Booking”. You are booked when the confirmation appears and our confirmation email arrives.

My event cannot be booked

An event can be unavailable because it is full, because it is not open for booking yet, or because you have reached a booking limit. The events page states the reason for each one.

The event I want is full

Fully booked events cannot be reserved in advance and there is no waiting list. Places do become free again when other visitors cancel, so it is worth looking again closer to the date.

Change or cancel a booking

Under “My Bookings” you can change who is attending, or cancel altogether. As with a new booking, a change only takes effect once you have completed the final confirmation step.

Tickets and calendar entries

“My Bookings” gives you your tickets as a PDF for your phone and as a PDF for printing, and your events as a calendar file to import. You can download them again as often as you like.

Times and time zones

Every time shown belongs to the place where the event is held, not to the time zone your device happens to be in. The calendar file carries the correct time zone with it, so an imported entry shows the right time for you.

Account and signing in

I cannot sign in

Check the email address and the password first. If the password is wrong, or your account was never activated, request a fresh link with “Forgot your Password?” — the same link also activates an account that is still waiting. Please do not open a second account under another address.

I am not receiving an email

Look in your spam or junk folder and give it a few minutes. Then request the email once more, checking the address carefully for typing mistakes.

For privacy reasons the confirmation you see is always the same, whether or not an account exists for the address you entered.

I was signed out

After a while without activity you are signed out again, which can interrupt a booking left open in another tab. Nothing is lost: sign in and start again from the events page.

Your details and your data

Your name, address and email address can all be changed in your profile. You sign in with your email address, so changing it there also changes how you sign in. Your profile is also where you can delete your account.

Rules and staying informed

Rules and booking limits

How much you may book can differ by place, by period and by how many places are left, and it can change over time. The events page always shows what is open to you at that moment. Please use a single account; bookings spread across several accounts can be cancelled.

Arrival times, the course of a Darshan and anything specific to a place are set out on the official rules page, which is always the authority.

Bringing other people

You can book for others as well as for yourself. Save anyone who comes with you regularly under “My Friends” and add them in a single click next time. Children are added with their date of birth. For a larger group, please write to us before you book.

Newsletters and notifications

Choose the Regions you want to hear about. A Region may contain one or more event venues. Messages about your own bookings and account continue after you unsubscribe from voluntary Mailings.

Without an account, sign up on the events page. Your selection becomes active only after you use the confirmation-email link.
